Nigerian Air Force Alpha Jet Crashes in Niger State, Pilots Survive

A Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Alpha Jet reportedly crashed on Saturday evening near Karabonde in Borgu Local Government Area of Niger State.
Local sources said the two pilots onboard survived the crash after successfully ejecting from the aircraft before it went down. Their condition has not yet been officially confirmed.
The incident was first reported by Lapai TV, a Niger State–based digital television network, which announced the crash in a post on its official Facebook page. The station also shared a one-minute video, stating: “Two Nigerian Air Force Pilots Reportedly Survive Alpha Jet Crash Close to Karabonde, Borgu Local Government Area of Niger State.”
Details surrounding the circumstances of the crash remain unclear.
