OSG USA Donates Three Campaign Vehicles to Oriyomi Hamzat’s 2027 Governorship Campaign

The Oriyomi Support Group USA (OSG USA) has donated three branded campaign vehicles to the campaign team of Dr. Oriyomi Hamzat in support of his 2027 governorship ambition in Oyo State.

The vehicles were officially presented in Ibadan on August 2, 2026, as members of the support group described the donation as a demonstration of their commitment to Dr. Hamzat’s vision for the state. Press release.docx

According to the group, the initiative was funded through the collective contributions and sacrifices of supporters based in the United States, who believe Dr. Hamzat’s leadership would bring positive change to Oyo State. Press release.docx

Speaking during the presentation, Coordinator I of OSG USA, Mrs. Toyosi Oladipo, said the group had closely followed Dr. Hamzat’s philanthropic activities and advocacy for social justice over the years.

She expressed confidence that he would achieve greater impact if elected governor in 2027 and urged supporters and other well-meaning individuals to rally behind his aspiration.

Coordinator II of the group, Alhaja Rashidat Aina, described the donation as a symbol of solidarity from supporters in the diaspora, noting that the vehicles would enhance the campaign’s grassroots mobilisation across the state.

The support group further stated that it recognised the logistical challenges associated with statewide political campaigns and considered the donation a strategic contribution toward improving mobility during the campaign period.
